Shipping Options and Delivery Schedules
Your Michigan Connection offers two methods of shipment: UPS Ground (2–5 business day delivery) and UPS Red (next business day). Orders shipped within Michigan will automatically be sent UPS Ground, with arrival guaranteed the next business day. [How long will it take for me?]
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are based on either the total number of gift baskets ordered, or by weight for individual Sanders products. Currently, shipping is $15.20 per gift basket sent UPS Ground, and $43.20 via UPS Red. Within Michigan, shipping is $10.95 per gift basket. Orders will be delivered in the Northville area for $4.00 per gift basket. For rates on Sanders products, please see the chart below.
Delivery Locations and Restrictions
Your Michigan Connection can ship to any location in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Other locations may be available. Some restrictions on address types apply.
Multiple Addresses
To expedite processing and minimize the potential for error, shipments to different addresses must be entered as separate individual orders.
Perishable Items
In warm weather, baskets containing perishable items (fresh fruit and chocolate) must be shipped UPS Red outside Michigan.
Order Verification and Tracking
Your Michigan Connection will send a confirmation e-mail upon receipt and shipment of your order. This e-mail will contain the tracking number of your package. You may verify the status of your shipment at any time with UPS using this number.
Shipping Charge Adjustments
Your Michigan Connection reserves the right to adjust shipping charges, in the event this is necessary to ensure product quality (perishable items, etc.). You will be contacted if this is the case.

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy in any way with the quality of your basket, Your Michigan Connection will refund the full purchase price of your order.

Outside Michigan:

- Locations outside the continental United States—Please contact for shipping availability.
Inside Michigan:
- UPS Ground—Delivery guaranteed next business day. Orders shipped Monday through Friday.
Please note the following restrictions on shipping schedules:
- Orders received after 2:00 p.m. ET will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders received on Thursday or Friday for ground shipment outside Michigan may be delayed until the following Monday, depending on the perishability of included items.
- Orders cannot be shipped on weekends, holidays, or other days the store is closed.

Outside Michigan:

Inside Michigan:

Delivery Locations and Restrictions
Your Michigan Connection ships throughout the continental United States. Please contact us if you would like to ship to a location other than those specified.
Note that orders to P.O. boxes or A.P.O. cannot be accepted due to UPS restrictions.

Multiple Addresses
We ask that for shipments to multiple locations you place a separate order for each location. This is easily done as follows:
- Place an order for the first location as usual (including payment through the online order form).
- Then, return to the Online Shopping page. Select “View Cart,” then choose “Modify Cart” and remove all items from your shopping basket.
- Complete the order for the second location as you did the first.
Placement of separate orders will minimize the possibility of error, and allow for more expedient handling and shipment.

Perishable Items
Several of the baskets offered by Your Michigan Connection contain perishable items. Because of the fragile nature of these commodities, baskets containing fruit or chocolate must be shipped UPS Red outside Michigan during warm weather (this restriction does not apply to baskets shipped within the state). We also ask that you verify someone will be available to take delivery of the basket at the destination location.

Order Verification and Tracking
Your Michigan Connection will send a confirmation e-mail upon receipt of your order, and again upon shipment. This second e-mail will contain the UPS tracking number of your package. You may verify the status of your shipment at any time by contacting UPS:
Except for deliveries in the Northville area, please do not contact Your Michigan Connection for package status, as we are unable to provide this information once a shipment is in transit.

Shipping Charge Adjustments
Your Michigan Connection reserves the right to make shipping charge adjustments, in the event this is necessary. In particular, this may occur if an inappropriate method of shipment is selected. This may also be necessary if, for reasons beyond our control, an alternate shipper than UPS is needed.
If an adjustment is made that will increase your cost, Your Michigan Connection will contact you for approval prior to order processing.
