I just wanted to let all of you know that Sanders ships...everything!! They didn't used to ship their cakes, but around Thanksgiving they started shipping their cakes too!
My mother used to work at a Sanders in Detroit when she was a teenager. Growing up I can remember always having the "Bumby Cake" for her birthday. We've lived in Texas for about 20 years now and every birthday we ask my mother what kind of cake she would like, she always mentions the Sanders chocolate buttercream. Of course we haven't been able to get that for her, but this year I was finally able to! Sanders shipped it overnight, right to my door in Houston, Texas and it was WONDERFUL!!
